Is the Free tier really free?
Yes. No credit card, no expiry, no "trial ending in 14 days" email. It's a real product tier with usage limits — designed so you can try the data, save a handful of traders, and decide whether it fits before paying anything.
What counts as a "search"?
One execution of the trader board with whatever filters you've set. Refining filters and re-running counts as a new search; flicking through the results does not. On Pro and Business, searches are unlimited so it doesn't matter either way.
What happens if I hit a limit on Free?
You'll see a notice in-app and the next action (extra search, extra saved trader) is blocked until next month or until you upgrade. Nothing breaks; nothing gets deleted.
Can I add seats to Pro?
Yes — Pro is single-seat by default, with additional seats at £25/user/month. If you need 3+ seats, Business is usually cheaper and unlocks shared pipeline across the team.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Monthly is the default. Annual is billed up front and saves 15%. You can switch from monthly to annual any time; the credit pro-rates.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans stop renewing at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans run to the end of the prepaid year — no refund on the remainder, but no early-cancellation fee either.
How do I pay?
Card (via Stripe) is standard. For Business plans, invoice / BACS is available on request.
Do you offer a discount for charities or startups?
Drop us a line — yes, but case-by-case. We've nothing automated.
