What's the difference between the Free plan and the Pro trial?
The Free plan is free forever — no card, no expiry, no "trial ending soon" email. It has usage limits (5 searches a month, up to 10 saved traders) so you can try the data without paying anything. The Pro plan starts with a 28-day free trial, also no card required. After 28 days, billing starts at £25/month for your first user.
What counts as a "search"?
One execution of the trader board with whatever filters you've set. Refining filters and re-running counts as a new search; flicking through the results does not. On Pro, searches are unlimited so it doesn't matter either way.
What happens if I hit the search limit on Free?
You'll see a notice in-app and the next search is blocked until next month or until you upgrade. Nothing breaks; nothing gets deleted.
How does the per-user pricing work?
The first user on your account is £25 / month. Every additional user added to the same account is £20 / month. The calculator on this page shows the total — 3 users would be £65/month, 5 users £105/month, and so on.
Is there a team or annual option?
Annual billing is available on request — drop us a line and we'll set it up. There's no separate "team" tier; the per-user pricing scales as your desk grows.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from your account settings. Monthly plans stop renewing at the end of the current cycle. No early-cancellation fee.
How do I pay?
Card (via Stripe) is standard. Invoice / BACS is available on request for larger teams.
Do you offer a discount for charities or startups?
Drop us a line — yes, but case-by-case. We've nothing automated.
